In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data), we provide the required information regarding the processing of personal data provided. This notice is not valid for other websites that may be accessed via links present on the websites under the domain of the data controller, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for the data collected and processed by such websites.
This is an information notice provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data) and also inspired by Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on cookies, as well as the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority’s decision of May 8, 2014, concerning cookies.

2) PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the legality conditions outlined in Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the following purposes:
- Browsing this website – Legitimate interest (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f)) as the legal basis for processing.
- Request for contact and information – Legitimate interest (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f)) as the legal basis for processing.
- Subject to consent and until opposition: For the controller’s direct marketing activities, newsletters, market research, or other sample surveys and direct sales, to receive – through automated means such as email, fax, MMS, SMS, or other, as well as via phone calls through operators and postal mail – promotional, commercial, and advertising material or information about events and initiatives – Consent (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter a)) as the legal basis for processing.
3) RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS
The personal data provided may be communicated to recipients who will process the data as data processors (Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and Processor (Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for the purposes listed above. Specifically, the data may be communicated to:
- Entities providing services for the management of information systems and telecommunications networks, including email, newsletters, and website management.
- Freelancers, firms, or companies within the scope of assistance and consultancy relationships.
- Third parties collaborating with the Data Controller for direct marketing activities.
- Competent authorities for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

If data is transferred, it will be based on Article 44 – General Principle for Transfers; Article 45 – Transfer on the Basis of an Adequacy Decision; Article 46 – Transfer Subject to Appropriate Safeguards, specifically data transferred to international organizations for which the Commission has made an adequacy decision (Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). 5) DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINATION
Processing will be carried out automatically and manually, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by specifically authorized persons. In compliance with Article 5, Paragraph 1, Letter e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the collected personal data will be retained in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data is processed.

6) NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, users are free to provide their personal data. Providing data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. Failure to provide data marked as mandatory in the relevant collection forms will make it impossible to fulfill the request or use the services of the data controller.
7) RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You may exercise your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller at info@viageaitaly.com/new. You have the right, at any time, to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You also have the right to object to data processing (including automated processing) and revoke your consent at any time.
If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority as per Article 15, Letter f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
For data portability requests, the Data Controller will provide the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
